Shipping policy

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled. 

All orders will be shipped out on the same day that the order was placed or on the next business day. Orders placed during the Holidays or during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. 

Tracking information for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. 

  • Lost/Stolen Package: Dollz by Diamor is not responsible for lost or stolen Orders. If your USPS tracking information states that your Order was DELIVERED to the address that you provided at the time of Checkout and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly and file a Claim (800) 275-8777.
